Prevents upper left and lower left HUD elements from fading away.
Works with the Next-Gen Patch (4.00 Hotfix 2)

The following HUD elements will no longer disappear under certain conditions, such as full health or being out of combat:
Manual installation:
Unpack the contents of the zip file into the Witcher 3 mods folder.
Use Script Merger to prevent conflicts with other mods.
