- new hotkey added (End by default) to toggle interactions mode between normal and campfires only: when you toggle it on, only campfires will be interactive, so nearby NPCs won't block campfires anymore. Attention! You need to manually update input.xml and input.settings files by copying new line which contains ToggleInteractions to corresponding sections of both files.

- New behavior: to use an existing campfire for meditation you need to enable corresponding option in Preparations menu and to enter meditation mode while interaction tooltip is displayed, i.e. when you stand next to a campfire and see Ignite/Extinguish tooltip, holding N or controller Right Thumb will make Geralt use this exact campfire without attempting to spawn a campfire of his own. This resolves an uncertainty of which and if at all nearby campfire will be used.
