Just tested with controller (I don't use controller to play) and can swap signs (You just hover over a sign to select it fyi), I however can't swap items (torch, crossbow). Will see if I can fix.
I still have to Click to select the items which I didn't like, I was hoping to hold the button and release to select the item I need. but the mod works as intended, thank you
I tried holding Tab for radial menu after Dijkstra gives you potion, menu did not open, but it was spamming opening sound. After mod removal menu opened by holding Tab.

More specifically, if you quickly tap the left bumper it opens the radial menu (as with pressing the keyboard mapping);
If you press-and-hold the left bumper, the radial menu only stays open for as long as it remains held.
Basically, if you are using a gamepad you don't need this mod.
