This became a lot more popular than I expected. Sorry for taking so long to update this mod, real life got in the way. Luckily, there wasn't much I needed to do to update it. I would like to update Static Arsenal as well, but that is a much bigger mod and there hasn't been nearly as many people asking for an update on that, so for now I'll leave it be until I have some time to spend on it.
Patch 1.10 introduced a number of changes to the dlc files, but first and foremost it was the addition of a separate NG+ folder that broke the mod. It seems to be working fine now after testing. The patch also fixed the visual bug that made level 70 crafted weapons and armor appear as level 68 - the level requirement now properly appears as level 70 as it should. CDPR also introduced a new base attribute for the crafted swords, but it doesn't seem to affect the stats of mine in any way.
Let me know if there are any bugs popping up - I did a bare minimum of testing to make sure that the schematics show up at the merchant and no more. I did not have time to craft the gear and try them out, though I do expect there to be any issues.
Note that this is tested for patch 1.10 only. I do not own the Hearts of Stone expansion, and therefore can not test it. It's very possible that my mod is incompatible with Hearts of Stone, as I modify the new game plus shop loot list. If Hearts of Stone does not have a separate loot table, this will cause the mod to be incompatible, though the gear can still be acquired via console commands. I think.
Finally, I've found I've had very little time to do much of anything these days, so I'm updating the permissions. If any modders would like to take my work and update it for future patches/expansions, or cannibalize it, build on it, use in your own mod, whatever, you may do so with just a line of credit dedicated to me. I do not require you to ask my permission to do so.
The mod doesn't work after the 1.21 update for Blood and Wine. It reverts the armor back to level 40. Could you please update it, I enjoy using it very much. Thank you.

I tried it, and it somehow showed up the previous Legendary Mastercrafted set with the modded stats. The one in B&W is Grandmaster set, so I think this mod is designed for Legendary Mastercrafted set only. The stats returned to "legendary" state. I just played with the numbers by lowering the value :)
Sosad for this MOD cannot use after 1.21patch.......I hope the mod maker can update this MOD.......u know , the wolves set is awesome but the skill is suck......hope the maker can solve it and make a new one........
Thanks man those console commands did give me the "Legendary" ones back, but the stats are a little bit lower than they used to be and they're level 64. You helped me out though, I appreciate it.
yeah doesnt work for me aither not the codes nor does anything apear at the griffion guy
edit:nvm found the mod that made the problem it was http://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/1112/?
also would be nice if you could make alternativ files that just asigne a different skin to these items stats may as well stay as they are , preferbly ursine or viper
