I am going to endorse this, because it is correct and dead-simple. You cannot go wrong with this mod.
However I feel compelled to note, that I am already using a more feature-filled mod called Smooth Movement, which achieves unlocked interior speeds in exactly the same way (by commenting out 2 lines of code). So if you use Smooth Movement, you do not need this mod. But you may not like Smooth Movement's more extensive changes, in which case this mod is a great choice and should be highly compatible with other mods.
Does this let Geralt run at normal speed inside? Not so worried about being able to full sprint. I just hate his slowing down to a walk automatically as soon as you get inside.
*Nvm, yes it does the above while also allowing sprint.
