Content Expansion mod is a complete edition, before installing the mod it says in the pdf of the mod that it will not use Yellow Mutagen together, if you want to use the Yellow Mutagen mod you need to install it before installing the Content Expansion mod, It does not work with the Yellow Mutagen mod, you must use the Yellow Mutagen mod separately, you will wait for the author to update the Content Expansion mod

Hence you have to wait 7s to get the 100 stamina for another Sign cast, or 10s to fill up the stamina bar.
Without the optional, the stamina regen would be increased to like 13 stamina per second. Hence you have to wait 6s to get the 100 stamina for another Sign cast, or 8s to fill up the stamina bar.

I have installed the mod where the recipe of the mutagens is already known, but it does not appear in my alchemy tab, its as if I have never installed the mod. I did the merging and all, but nothing happens. Is this a bug?
Sorry if this was already asked before by someone else, but would it be possible to make all three yellow icons have a constant color?
At the moment, lesser and greater yellow mutagens have the same yellow tint, while the regular one looks very different and more like a dirty green with red "nuclei".
As mentioned in the mod description I am not a graphic artist. I did the best I could to make the lesser and greater mutagen icons more yellow. CDPR only left the standard yellow mutagen icon.
I've edited all three icons starting from the green mutagen. Feel free to use them if you want.
(At the moment I can't extract assets from the game, so I used pictures from the Wiki as sources. Let me know if you need a higher resolution or something different)

I can buy the very left skill, but even it's description is bugged.
Other skills look like something on the photo, and I cannot even exchange them for a skill point.
