I know this is silly to ask because 5 people before me understood it, but can you explain to me what was done from the left file to right file? I feel so silly for having to ask...I don't understand the caption in the imgur file.
if the update was supposed to incorporate the fix that mazzawoollza found, I have downloaded it a few times now and its not changed.
iirc if you upload the new file with the same name as the previous version, it doesn't update on the server. idk if that is nexus or another mod site, but the update isn't working as intended i believe.

If it doesn't work for you, check for other mods that could cause this, or update/delete them.
some other mods cause this issue, update or delete them.
