This mod only activates learned General skills (shown in the picture). Thanks to Buredgzija, we now have a version that activates all skills. Check out (All) Perks Always Active - Next-Gen for all skills version.
If you're using Restored Abilities mod, make sure to properly unpack it lol, I didn't see the the holding folder so I get the script error. I don't think my comment will ever get seen, but I'm just putting it out there.
Hi can u help me. I started NG+ without this mod but at that save i was using this mod. I had metabolic control active. When i started ng+ without mode my base toxicity is 130 but it should be 100. I tried it again. I downloaded %100 save and used this mod with metabolic control(+30toxicity). After deleting this mod i started ng+ and toxicity is 130. My ng+ run can be saveable? What can i do?
What about compability with Extra Skill Slots mod? for i wanna use both but script merger dont wanna merge this 2 mods For the More Skill Slots with Interface who been compatible with this mod is abandoned and only one who been updated is Extra skill slot

It seems like you didn't merge properly, I tried merging the two mods manually and everything works fine. I also noticed that you are merging with an existing merged mods, I would recommend merging from scratch.

Thanks a ton for the advice JustAnOrdinaryGuy regarding manually merging PAA+ESS. Did the merge with existed modded file from "mod0000_MergedFiles", and works fine. Only difference, i had to paste everything related "Perks Always Active", into "PlayerAbilityManager".

Pretty much getting the same error on this mod as the one with the All Perks mod of yours as well. Also wanted to let you know I'm running the classic version, patch 1.32. Hope there's a fix, thank you!
I uninstalled the game and just recently reinstalled and followed the directions but my carry weight is broken, its stuck at 120 and even after using the potion and reinstalling the mod the carry weight perk won´t work, equipped or automatically like the mod says any help?
Is there anyway to get the mod for the 4.03 version of the game? Some of the other mods I use have not been updated yet, plus I hear 4.04 is pretty unstable, so I don't want to update.
