For Sort Everything users: Theres a small issue with the SE adaptation where every time you open the inventory the potions will be sorted to the original grid layout. You can use quick sort and they will then be sorted to the right grid layout but it'll reset every time you open the inventory
FreakVip however has made a fix for this and posted it on their mod page so download and use that to fix the issue (Found in miscellaneous file) https://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/5468
Hello, could you please clarify the installation and load order priority for users of PTE and Sort Everything.
I have downloaded the main file Potions Tab Expanded as well as Potions Tab Expanded Adaptations. I have Sort Everything, freak VIP's UD-SE Extras plus his UD-SE Extras - PTE Patch.
I will install Sort Everything. The UD-SE Patch overwrite SortEverything, so I will overwrite as required.
Next, do I need to install both the main PTE File AND the PTE Adaptation for Sort Everything mod? (Given that file is called mod000...I assume it's supposed to be installed in addition to main PTE file, and given a high priority, but I'm not sure given the instructions).
And I assume that PTE needs to have priority over Sort Everything, or is it the opposite?
- Download Sort Everything and the SE version of PTE. You don't need the main file of PTE - Download Freaks patch and extract to the folder, overwriting when prompted - Ensure my adaptation overwrites SE, it should do by default because of the naming convention I used for it
I dont get it running :(. Im following the mod guide "Lune", which has:
- Potions Tab Expanded SE Version ("mod00SortEverything_PTE" separate folder, no overwrite in mod folder) - Smooth GUI (main mod) + Sort Everything Adaption ("mod00SortEverything_SGUI" separate folder, no overwrite in mod folder) - Sort Everything (main mod) - Unread Descriptions Patch for PTE (overwrites 1x file in Sort Everything) - ScriptMerger in the end with priority 1 for mergedfiles
No effect in the game, other mods are working fine. Also no effect after pressing quick sort. My screen resolution is 3840 x 1600, boarderless.
Okay i found - maybe - the issue, its the "Priorities" file from the mod-guide. Since ive deleted this file from my Documents/The Witcher 3, so no priorities set, everything is working fine.
is 60 fps gui (smoot gui) have already been integrated? you said in the description that you already made it but in the adaptation optional files theres no mentioning of the 60 fps mod (smooth gui)
Doesn't work for me anymore, maybe it has to update for 4.01 game version ? My load order: 00Sort Everything PTE -> Potions Tab Expanded -> Sort Everything - Next Gen Even if I give the same priority for PTE and SE, it is not working.
It works for me though, the normal and the Sort Everything version. Run Script Merger if another mod is in conflict to PTE or has incorrect load order.
could you add a patch for sort everything and additional slots mod? yeah noodles hasn't updated the mod and probably never will but if you go to the comments section some people has already updated the mod.
I've already talked to Noodles about it and he is on track to update it when he gets the opportunity. Both me and him have also gone over this unofficial ported version and its poor (since last I checked anyway). Last I checked all that had been done was the script port while the inventory redswf has not been touched which is to be frank, the most important part of the mod
So, I will not be making an adaptation of ASM or any of its patched versions until Noodles himself properly does it

I need the 1.32 version too, when I play the game again.
My load order: 00Sort Everything PTE -> Potions Tab Expanded -> Sort Everything - Next Gen
Even if I give the same priority for PTE and SE, it is not working.
Run Script Merger if another mod is in conflict to PTE or has incorrect load order.
PS.: Found the error, Smooth Gui needs compatibility patch for SE, so I installed it and it's working now, nice!
So, I will not be making an adaptation of ASM or any of its patched versions until Noodles himself properly does it
