Considering that The Stable - Roach-Horse Customization Mod has more options and features than this mod, I'm not going to update it for Classic or Next Gen. I haven't used these myself in quite a while. That being said: If you want to update it for personal use, have at it.
DO NOT release personal versions based on this mod. It contains assets from other mod authors who generously gave me permission to upload this.

To load 4K textures: I personally prefer Tweaks as it offers more customization options but HD Project's config file works as well.
Standalone variants of the Thick Roach mod as appearance DLCs.
Default
- Place trv[variant] in your DLC folder.
- Load up the game
- Go into Downloadable Content > Options
- Turn ON [Variant] Thick Appearance For Roach
Unicorn
- Place trvuni[variant] in your DLC folder
- Load up the game
- Go into Downloadable Content > Options
- Turn ON [Variant] Thick Unicorn For Roach
- You can have all the variants installed at once but only ONE can be active at a time.
- If using my Roach appearances from my Comrades - A Collection Of NPC Mods, you can safely install alongside those but only ONE (either from here or from there) can be active at a time.
Compatible with:
- Dhu's Roach - Tails, Manes
- Fera's Roach and Horse Overhaul - Tails, Manes, Eyes
- Comrades - A Collection Of NPC Mods - Black/White Tail & Mane
Not compatible with:
- Dhu's Roach - Body Replacers
- Fera's Roach and Horse Overhaul - Body Replacers
- The Stable - Horse Customization Mod - There's really no point in using my mod if you use The Stable.
I have not fully tested these with the Roach quest in Blood And Wine. It should work but please let me know if it doesn't and I will try and make a patch for it.
To quote craniumj:
I didn't make this with the full body saddles in mind so there's bound to be clipping with some of those.
Minor clipping on the bottom belly side of roach with most saddles.
Minimal lower lip deformity.
- Original mods are not required
- Textures are standalone. Meaning that any changes made to the vanilla textures will not affect this mod.
- I will not edit any saddles to "perfectly" fit this mesh. Nor will I edit the horse mesh to fit the saddles.
- Equipping the Devil Saddle will result in Roach having her Default appearance. This is by design. I will not change it.
