Fixed the bugs of empty rows in the translation to Russian for "Progress on the Path - TW3 Progress Tracker 2.0.6" mod

Apparetnly, (RU) Localisation for Version 2.0.6 didn't work for me in version 1.31. The problem was that rows in menu was empty.So I have made a new one based on English version.
Installation: find a folder of original mod Progress on the Path - TW3 Progress Tracker 2.0.6
and replace the w3strings files in "modProgressOnThePath/content" folder
