nice mod man! However, when I installed this mod, mine's not in brown. The vest is in dark blueish color and lining on the gloves is maroonish. Any fix or tips? Thanks man keep it up!
Still I wont use this armor until some (probably far away) day someone remodels it. What where the designers of this armor thinking when they made it open on the front? Its like "hey look, this armor is a multi layer of leather and mail...but let's leave it wide open for anyone to stab him in the belly!" -.-
Okay, I get that. But still...which each upgrade, the different layers are enhanced further and further, until it's strong leather above chainmail. Problem is that this doesn't matter, since the armor is open at the front...it's rediculous. ^^
It`s just some design decision to make Geralt look stylish and assassin-like and Witcher 2 style. There were enough ugly vanilla armors to make Geralt look like a tin-man before all the DLC`s came out. Would you really prefer this... https://s3.amazonaws.com/halloftorque-legacygallery/10/medium_3_03_06_11_5_41_14_103382224.jpeg ...instead of awesome looking light assassin-style armors for fast sword combat and stealthy sneaking?
But I´d like to see some real awesome Level 4 Armors instead of slight minor changes after every upgrade, for example THIS should be Level 4 Wolf Armor, of course including all the skulls, hood and fur:
He should also enhance his witcher-necklace with some teeth and other small enemy trophys when wearing Superior Armors.
Oh by the way, your mod is great, I really like this wild leather look and brighter more detailed leather belts. Is there any way to put some skulls on this armor? I have seen some skeletons in Witcher 3, maybe some heads of smaller enemys or humans can be mounted on Geralts belt like the Roach Trophys.
You're god damn right, Miezekatze666. Cus the Wolven Armor set (specially the boots) looks like a Hells Angels costume. However, I like this color change, now it's possible to wear the wolf pants with the bear armor. Nice work with this mod... \m/
It might be a bit late (5 years, just a bit late) but this guy solved this problem. May be someone still gonna need it. https://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/1500 And this mod works with this retexture and also with some others I've tried(should work with every retexture in theory).
the best retexture yet! however for some reason it shows in my character menu as brown but it appears on geralt as dark blue??? i have removed all mods that change texture for wolf armor but it still happends. ?? im on update 1.10 any reason why? or what i should do to get this sweet texture back? cheers
It will have something to do with the changes CD Projekt Red made to all the armor textures in an update (so the armors could be dyed). If you want to use this mod you will need to download another mod that reverts the armor textures back to their default state.
Any chance of this mod being updated to cover the Mastercrafted armor and swords from the Blood and Wine DLC? I LOVE the brown wolf armor and would love to see it in the final version of the armor as well.
Good job, though I'd like it even better if the inner layer of the jacket was brown while the outer black. Personal preference, no biggie. Keep up the good work!

There are any chances for the grandmaster version ??
This is the best retexture for this set I've ever seen. Thanks for this!
I have a request/suggestion... Could you make a version without the chainmail in the tiers 3 and 4? That would be cool!
Thanks a lot!
I would love to see the scabbards retextured as well for better color fit.
Personal preference, no biggie.
Keep up the good work!
