You can now press E on signposts even while on horse. Useful for when you are leaving cities and such.
Installation:
1. Copy mods into your game folder.
2. Copy the contents of input.settings.part.txt at the beginning of Documents/The Witcher 3/input.settings.
Requirements:
Smooth Horse Mounting is required, otherwise there might be some issues with the camera when teleporting.
Credit to eNoodles for creating "Intuitive Fast Travel" and giving me the idea for this change. His mod works similarly, but you have to open the map with M instead of interacting directly with the signpost.
