Also reduces the area covered by the flare effect making it less intrusive.
Install
Install using a mod manager (recommended).
OR
Manual install: Extract the file to <Game Folder>\Mods
Give higher priority to this mod over other texture/Light/weather mods you have to make sure it works.
Uninstall
Delete "modSubtleCandleFlare" folder from <Game Folder>\Mods
