you are probably using next gen. This mod is not compatible with the next gen update. It's actually quite easy to fix, but I don't plan on doing that in the near future. I stopped modding the witcher 3. also i doubt i will ever make a new version, ( i know how to make hi-res mesh, i can too make better textures than i did then because i know more about it) because it's really annoying to match the eyeballs and eyelids.
