because i have been trying really hard to get this to work with other applications such as controller companion and turning off steams controller compatibility, but for whatever reason i couldn't get the game to function with this kind of layout.
either way i will try this, because this is the preferred setting, assassins creed had the right idea when it came to running, because you can effectively control the camera so you could play the game properly.
EDIT: this works amazingly and i thank you for creating it, i wish i knew how to create such things so that i could do something like this for all my games that force weird controls for controller.
the only issue i ran into with this was that perk that allows you to hold a quen bubble around yourself won't work when holding down the button, but it's a small price to pay for what this mod does to the rest of the game while playing it.
yeah, it seems to only happen like this with the signs that require you to hold the button for longer, so fire stream also doesn't work like it should.
but even with that bug, i still prefer this scheme.
