So yes it's a mod that requires 5$ Pascal "McFly" Gilcher. I get it. It's obviously Stunning in that purpose.

Isn't CDPR in the process of releasing an incoming upgrade by 2nd Quarter of 2022 with "proper" Ray tracing ?

you do know i even added a non-rtgi version.. so why are you complaining?

CDPR was going to release cyberpunk in a playable state as well, and how did that work out for you? lol

You do not need ReShade RT anymore when you use NvidiaCard. Install GeForce Experience, press alt+f3 in game, activate SSRTGI, and you have real RT with better performance, because the Nvidia built in raytracer uses RT cores.

If you have an RTX card and the latest drivers you can add RTGI as a Freestyle shader ..... Nvidia worked with Pascal to make it and it is supposed to be a bit better optimized although your FPS can still take a hit of 5-15 FPS depending on the area at least in the Blood and Wine DLC where I tested it on an RTX 2080 @1440p

Makes me want to get a 3080 but the prices are still ridiculous and while I can easily afford it I won't buy one on the principle that as long as Consumers feed the Scalpers the prices will never go down

Hey so I download the mod but my only issue is that when I look at the sun everything appears too white. Is that a bug or can I lower the effect somehow?

unfortunately this comes with the territory with rtgi, since rtgi only works on screen space and on top of everything. when fog and mist and glare is on screen, the AO going on over that, making it look like a ghostly image. nothing more you can do other than reduce the AO if its that bothersome.

Is it just me or does both the preset and the ini file look a LOT like my Photorealistic Reshade? Some parameters in your ini file are literally the same as mine, even for effects that we both didn't use. So it's almost as if you've used mine as a base and worked from there. Nothing wrong with that, but then ofcourse give credit. If i'm wrong, excuse me.

Thanks for sharing!  I’m excited to test it out.  I wanted to mention that you might consider posting your reshade.ini due to requisite settings:

    Additional Wrappers: No
    Reversed Depth Buffer: No
    Upside Down Depth Buffer: No
    Logarithmic Depth Buffer: No

When reshade is installed, a file is created entitled ’Reshade.ini”, and it contains certain settings specific to the game.  The settings I posted above are implemented using Boolean Operators (so 0=No and 1=Yes).  If you open the Reshade.ini file in notepad, you will see the settings above (among others) with a value of either 0 or 1.  Ensure that the settings above are set to 0.
