How to install:
Extract and move Mod folder into your Witcher 3 installation folder
This mod upscales the main 3 menu videos as I found them to be very low quality. This mod upscales them to 4k however due to the nature of usm files, it will still have some artifacting. I plan to upscale all usm videos in the game eventually (when I have free time). Enjoy and please leave feedback!
