1: This is not a mod. Mods are folders named modNameOfTheExampleMod and have to be placed in the mods folder.
2: Your "mod" does not have a secret console hidden in it. You can activate the debug console of the game by navigating to \The Witcher 3\bin\config\base, openning the general.ini file with your text editor and adding the line DBGConsoleOn=true to the end of it. No need to replace any file.
3: I don't want to be rude but I guess english ist not your strength. Please edit the description of this page to be more accurate. For example is it missing some propper punctuation and it doesn't say how to activate or use the console ingame.
@Pandakidd If you have edited the ini file the console is unlocked. You still have to press a button to open/close the console. Sadly there is no configurable keybind for this and it seems to be a different key from system to system.
Uh... you know that this secret console has been around basically since the game was launched and everybody knows about it and how to activate it right?
