Next Gen v1'39e - Bovine Blues
Facing both slyzzards all at once is untenable, I'm afraid, so I against my best intentions I simply had to resort to an Aard ledge trick. Basically, any creature is susceptible to an instant kill fall when pushed off any surface - a simple and potentially overpowered mechanic I've decided to make use of to balance the fight. As for the slyzzard archetype itself, well, it is evidently a wyvern on crack with even less coherent hitboxes and some of the fastest hitting attacks among the creatures of their size. Falka might provide much better crowd control, however I found the constant leap backs annoying, especially when followed up with an extremely dangerous fire blast. Superior Maribor is the premium tool - Aard, Axii, Quen - try to preempt the close-quarters blasts and intercept the animation before it even begins, as it's already too late at that point.
The instant hit 180 bite, while similar to the wyvern's, is functionally closer to the griffin's wing swipe - you have to dodge directly into the attack or else you will take damage and eat that stagger no matter what.
The airborne fireballs can be easily dodged, although I prefer the classic alt-Aard knockdown, unless specifically stalling for time, waiting for the vigour to recharge for the next bout.
All in all, not sure how the late game Geralt would handle this contract, perhaps it wouldn't actually that bad, but if you're struggling, don't torture yourself and try to assassinate the first slyzzard before the second one tags in.
