I didn't quite get if this mod is just a cosmetic change for the journal or if you buffed the (enemies in those) quests to be higher level too? I'd guess the second, right?
No, I didn't buff the enemies except for Rough Neighborhood and Berengar's Blade (big level change for these two), it's in the description. There are so many enemies in those quests that I changed that it would take me a very long time to change all of them and then test it if it's working correctly and that wasn't worth it in my opinion. And it's not just a cosmetic change, if I increased some quest's level to e.g. 17 from 14, then it means as if the developers made it as level 17 originally.
I think that Ghost Mode also changes levels for quests, I don't use it, I just read the description for it, so I'm not sure. If it does, then of course it's not compatible. If you don't like the gameplay changes of GM, then use this mod, otherwise there's no need.
Sounds like a great mod. I’m a bit confused however: What’s the difference between this mod and the one you posted yesterday? If I installed the one from yesterday, will this one add/remove anything?
It's the same mod, but I wanted to put it in another category as well, because I uploaded it originally to Bug Fixes as a bonus file, but this really isn't bug fixing, so I thought that it would be appopriate to put in Balancing as well where people might expect this kind of tweak. So if you're using the one that I posted yesterday, then don't download this one because it's the same one. This one doesn't add/remove anything.

Also, is this mod compatible with Ghost Mode?
