According to what the game tells us Anna used to be a beautiful lady and it's the experience with the crones that gets her spiral started but CDPR's rendition looks more like a legit, actual granny than a (severely) worn out middle aged woman.
Also in my opinion she lacks the class and the bearing of a lady so here's this mod.
Still white hair (it's specified that due to the extreme stress her hair went white) but a more elaborated and orderly hairstyle and a "younger" but more rugged face (it's Pinastri's, the flagellant from the BaW dlc) and a more decorous dress.
I also suggest my Nica Tamara mod which does the same to her daughter.
