   So have both versions 1.0 and 1.2 in the mods folder, right?

      no. 1.0 got updated and now is 1.2 the up to date version. you can see this by checking the files tab where you can finde 1.0 under the older versions section.

      Yes. The quest From a Land Far Far Away is now under multiple locations as it really should've been.

      This is different than my Velen Treasure Hunt Fixes. I put out another version of this mod today that includes a fix for the first quest in Blood and Wine.

   If only CDproject could fix some of these kind of issues in the next update that would be great, but i really doubt it unfortunatly...

    Interesting.  I thought something was off when I went to review my quests. Does this kind of fix apply immediately, even if the quest is already completed?

       Yes. This should apply right away even if the quest is completed.
