   my cpu is core 2 quad q9500, i was looking for a mod help me to get better fps  (in towns it goes under 30 fps) i didn`t know there is a limit for cpu usage,i checked cpu load and you are right it doesn`t go above 70%.i just installed your application but it didn`t work! i read your description and did every thing right,do you know how can i fix it?

      You don't have to. Simply don't start the program. This is program outside the game that changes windows performance, not mod inside the game. If you don't start the program BES.exe and don't have it running or minimalised, it will not affect anything. Stutters often happen when you have problems with overheating, RAM, CPU or HDD.

   This mod, by the moment, is amazing!. My game used to get screen freeze and now it doesnt. Very good app.

   This made my PC freeze so I restarted my computer. When I opened steam, Witcher 3 was uninstalled. Be careful with this :[

      This cannot be true. Since the program does not interact with Steam or any other platforms. A reboot may be due to overheating of the processor.

       Yes - I have GTX 1060 6 Gb OC, GPU ~2.1 GHz and VRAM 10 GHz (Micron GDDR5X).
