Fixative is a green skill with the following effect.
Level 1: Blade oil charges +33%
Level 2: Blade oil charges +67%
Level 3: Blade oils never wear off
If your blade oils never wear off, why do you need to know their remaining counts?
Features
If you have Level 3 Fixative, you no longer see blade oil counter in the sword tooltip, unless it's already worn off.
If you have Level 3 Fixative, you no longer see blade oil counter in the floating icon under your HP gauge, unless it's already worn off.
Bug Fixes
If you have Level 3 Fixative, executing a finisher on a knocked down enemy uses one blade oil charge -> doesn't use blade oil charges
