I don't know if you are aware but some time ago I developed what I consider the spiritual successor to this mod; the mod I wish I'd made when I was first playing the game back in October but was too busy playing to be detracted with such derailing tasks.
I started development in march, back when I thought the upcoming expansion was going to bring the closure the saga of Geralt of Rivia deserved; and I wanted this time to savor it to the fullest, with a rich and textured alchemy system, as close to the first game as I was able to make it. Sadly, this expansion was no different from the last. The developers seem more interested in creating new adventures than bringing a proper conclusion to the story of our beloved hero. As if these two were in direct conflict...
But I digress. My aim is not to repine but to share this with anyone who, contrary to me, will be playing the new expansion. So that they can experience the game as I wanted to do myself.
Is anyone else confused by which version is which? The "standard" version (as described in the description section) is said to be the one with the recipes yet in the files tab the "branch file" is the one labelled as the "recipe version". The opposite is true for the "loot version" which is labelled as the "main file" yet is more in line with the description of the "alternative" version in the description section.

This mod seems to be perfect for what I desire, but unfortunately I can not use it because the game version is not the 1.31: / Do you intend to update this MOD for this version?
Hi guys, I'm working on an update for this mod. Right now I'm currently working on the standard version branch and have gotten mostly everything to work, except the whole alchemy near fires only. Also, I'm struggling to get the oil recipes to show up after they are all used. I'm looking into that and might have a fix. Before I start going into fixing the alternate branch, I just want to know who here wants to use the alternate branch? If there aren't many people than I won't because I won't use it myself. I will probably post an update here today for the standard version, I hope.

Just bought Witcher 3 and the alchemy system is a joke compared to the old ones. So I wanted to try the mod. I am interested in the standard version.
