NEW improved the method used to calculate the damage falloff from missing stamina. You no longer 15% damage when at 100% stamina. You lose 30% damage at 50% stamina and lose the other 70% damage below 50% stamina.
FIX sign cost modifiers are now ignored when the mod is disabled
