beside twice you have no choice not to romance triss... FIRST is in Kaer Mohren in W1 after she wakes up from being poisoned yet even if you DONT romance her and mentioned the bed at YEN she is pissed off like you did and Geralt never says he didnt Second is at the elven bathhouses in W2 which is never ever mentioned ALL the other times you bed triss is not rejectable ... so basically YEN is pissed off if you rub it in her face that you fucked her friend,,,,so dont mention it and she will not care CDPR was lazy on this part
I like both paths, but I did end up helping the Order out more in most of my subsequent playthroughs. Couple of reasons:
1. I can't and won't condone terrorism. For every non-human hurt, the squirrels kill many, and even in the books innocents die at their hands for no reason (Yaevin kills a messenger just because he's human, for example).
2. If you do help Siegfried, you see by he 2nd game he's helped turn the Order back into what it was meant to be, without the mutations. The one good egg you save ends up raising a new bunch of good eggs while throwing out the rotten ones.
I'm having a problem I put the save and care when I will play at the hearing the general did not make the last of gerald questions but only as his men died could someone please help me?
TW2 had some issues with the save import, this game may have issues too I don't know. I have used the import only once with Combination 4 and I still have not finished the game.
Didn't meet Anais so far. Can't talk to Roche about her but considering that in the end of the game the fate of Temeria will be decied amongst other things, she will appear but I don't know if it will be as NPC or in the epilogue credits.
Thanks for the post...appreciate the game choice details. I wonder if any of the Witcher 1 choices mattered and carried over into TW3? In the Nelfgaard courtyard there is a hidden leaver that opens a chest with a letter, that talks about saving the princess with the striga curse.

Still, nice to have this in case I decide to take a different path one day.

In order to complete this quest, you must have spared Letho during The Witcher 2 for PC, or answered in the Nilfgaardian court that Letho is alive.
