If I'm using only some of your Dynamic Sorceresses mod (e.g. Filippa and Fringilla) do I need to install "Compatibility file for Immersive Cutscenes Dynamic Sorceresses and this mod" or the compatibility file that's just for this mod? And do I also need to install "Compatibility_Scenes" from the Dynamic Sorceresses files?
You don't need the one from Dynamic Sorceresses page, just this one.
If you are using only some of the Sorceresses, there is unfortunately no perfect compatibility file for that. Using the one for Sorceresses might make the ones you're not using invisible, and using the one without sorceresses will make them revert to another appearance. The solution to all that is to use Teji's BASE and BASE version of immersive cutscenes. If you are using BASE, you don't need any compatibility files
When your mod is installed, the quest 'A Matter of Life and Death' does not work properly. You cannot talk to Triss because she is not at her house in Novigrad. I had to uninstall the mod so I could finish the quest correctly.
I have the GOG Game of the Year edition. I have other mods installed that work well. However, this mod seems to have issues. Triss is sometimes missing half of her body or all of her body, yet in other situations she looks normal.
So while we were hunting rats in the cellar, she was missing her legs. During the witch hunter infiltration and the masquerade, everything worked perfectly. But then in the quest of Now or Never she's almost completely invisible - no body, no hair, just a face floating in the air.
Both legs of the first outfit and the entire escape-from-novigrad outfit use assets from this mods dlc folder, while the witch-hunter-infiltration doesn't, so it might be worth checking if you have the dlc installed correctly, maybe that's the source of the problem.
I really like this mod, however: when Triss has no hood covering her hair, the hair is, well... gone. Just like a shaved head with a red tint. Could it be that this is an issue with the "Hoods" mod that implements Hoods anc Cloaks for Geralt and creates some issues? I also tried to install the separate hair mod of yours, which results in the "wig" being positioned ca. 0.5 m above the head of Triss. So... based on this information, can anybody deduce where the problem lies?
Hey, the first thing that comes to my mind is - are you sure you have Triss dlc installed? (You need it installed but not active). Does the problem occur with all the hair, or only some? Do you have any other mods that impact Triss? Cloaks for Geralt should not be a problem, unless they also involve other npcs.
Yes, both folders are installed. I tried to install the separate hair mods and there the ponytail hair model had a "spike" to the side of Triss's head, whereas the loose hair worked perfectly fine and with the loose bun/loose ponytail (when one first meets Triss in TW3) results in the problem described above. So it seems to be a problem with the hair models. My mod list contains some quite large mods, apart from the Hoods mod I use the Random Encounter Reworked (with all the necessary base mods), Enhanced Edition and Swords on Roach. Those are the ones which might maybe cause the issues in my opinion, the rest is just stuff like e.g. no heels on Ciri's boots; I don't think that these small mods are the issue.
Hi, I didn't mean my mod's dlc, I meant the official Triss dlc form cdpr, that gives her the bun with tiny braids hair and that green and gold dress. Do you have that installed (but not turned on)? If yes, you should have a folder named dlc6 in your dlcs.
Those other mods you mentioned don't have any impact here. Any conflict might only occur with mods that modify Triss assets.
