Thanks for all your comments guys. As for the issues reported so far:
1. The world map navigation is broken (this seems to only happen for me in the max zoomed in state only, is it the same for all of you?) => I am looking into this.
2. The world map stitches are not perfect => This was one of the major challenges that I faced, since the game world is 3D, the screenshots themselves have an amount of distortion at the screen edges, more-over the land elevation like mountains etc make this even more difficult to resolve! I am also very new to photo editing softwares, so a lot of learning still left.
3. Doesn't work with other map mods => this mod only edits the world map .jpg files, so it will work with all the mods that already work with World Map Fixes, not other map mods that edit the world map jpg files too. As for making this work alongside World Map Fixes, do remember to give my mod higher priority in mod manager!
4. Minimap remains old => I haven't edited the mini-map files for the reasons stated above, stitching issues due to a 3D world and actual LOD in the game. The minimap is supposed to have the highest resolution, in order to achieve this within the game, it means taking more than 500 screenshots of the white orchard map and stitching it together!
5. Map colour, thanks for the inputs! I myself am color-blind (protan and deuteran combo) so editing the colours was difficult for me; In all the cases I only tweaked the brightness and contrast in one sub image and then applied the same to all the images since the base screenshots looked somewhat dark. I then found out that the game also applies some form of lightening to the image. Will keep the images darker in the next release if I am able to resolve the above issues first.
Sorry Guys, I couldn't work on this further for a long time due to various personal reasons. I will hopefully get back to this soon and try to take it further including the rest of the game areas. Thanks for the positive comments!

But for immersion it is necessary to implement all areas, not just White Orchard to make it interesting in use.
