Copy paste from CD-Project forum. The [Input/Gestures] and [Kinect] sections both feature parameters that are clearly out place on PCs, since they govern console-exclusive functions, specifically the PS4 controller's touchpad gestures and Xbox One's Kinect.
It was is CD-Projects forum which is one of highlighted thread topic about tweaks for PC. Thought it is important. :D But you sound more expert in such things.

These settings don't do anything if you don't have proper platform or accesorries.
