It’s absurd that simple guards are superior in combat to Geralt, and it’s also absurd that the guards always kill any bandit causing trouble but NOT GERALT. This mod, used with another that removes the bonuses from the guards, solves such inconsistencies.
Maybe I'm missing something, but weren't guards extremely deadly already? I used to live in constant fear of pissing them off. In fact I always thought it kinda strange and immersion breaking that some yokel posted in some backwater little town could beat the crap out of a well traveled, nearly century old Witcher with decades of combat experience.
It would be nice if the witcher died from the guards. And then you constantly have to restart the save, because the losses from a non-fatal outcome are too great.
