I agree, but the GM Wolf armor was a PITA to work with, so I kept it simple.
Personally I only play the game with the No Levels mod, so I pick armors only based on how they look and not for their stats (because they're mostly the same). There are also other mods that scale weapon and armor stats to the players level.
I found solution. I use all of your armors textures except wolf one and instead I use Wolf Armor Restored for wolf armor :) As for other mod I remember I used No Levels mod but it made game too easy and progression was a bit small and unsatisfactory because how mod re-balanced swords and armors. I now use Balanced Damage and Scalling which make game to behave a bit like Cyberpunk 2077 in terms of enemies levels if you have in game upscaling enabled.
Thanks for this, I'd stopped playing the game for the last couple of years and forgot just how obnoxious some of the armors textures looked on an extra large screen.
The armors look much better now, especially the ones that have been toned down from the vibrant 'circus' color schemes that the vanilla game uses.
It appears you removed the "Common", and "Scabbards" files from your newest updates (v3.0+) -- were these the only ones that were removed?
I ask because some of us still use The Witcher 3 - v1.32 (OLD-GEN), and this info would help your users create a big All-In-One package of all your armors combined
Yes I do have other texture mods installed, but I didn't think it was the problem because when I merged I didn't have any conflict. Anyway I gave this mod an higher priority and problem fixed, thank you
