So since it is the only mod somehow (very far) related to polearms I'll try to ask here: can you make a mod giving us a polearms to use? Not just equip them and swing like a sword, but use with correct animations and range (from NPC for example)?

You made also a mod with Nilfgaardian armor for Eggebracht, maybe there's a chance for Temerian one to give to some partisans in Roche's camp? Undvik armor for Dimun warriors or for Hammond/his bandits? Flaming Rose Armor for Urlich, Yen DLC for Sacha/Cantarella, Triss DLC for Ida, Ciri DLC for Jutta... :D Just giving some propositions :D
From what I understand Novigrad is a free city and not under Redanian control,so it would not make sense for the Novigrad guards to have Redanian armor. Hope this helps.
I've modded the game enough to know how to this without following any guides. If you want the closest thing to a tutorial for editing npcs this might be it.
