Is this the most game changing mod this site has ever seen? No. You could just get the "Better Horse Equipment" if you're only going for stats.

Personally, I like a mixture of stats and aesthetic -- the only reason I made this mod was because I didn't like the look of the top tier horse equipment in Blood and Wine.  Because of that, I chose my personal favorite pieces of equipment, turned them into Relics (because why not? it's cool), and gave them the best stats in the game by a low margin (the only exception to this is the saddle of death with +100 stamina you get from *SPOILERS* Gaunter O'Dimm if you let him kill Olgierd von Everec).

Didn't wanna break the game; I like immersion and aesthetic -- so I was content with making this "best equipment" endgame items.
(This doesn't just give the Mastercrafted Saddle, Zerikkanean Saddle and Blinders new stats -- it reuses their assets to add "new" items to the game)

- To spawn in using the in-game console, use the following syntaxes:
for Master Saddleadditem('Master Saddle')
for Master Saddlebagsadditem('Master Saddlebags')
for Master Blinders      additem('Master Blinders')

- If you don't want to use the in-game console, you can purchase each item from Master Blacksmith Hattori for approximately 1500 crowns each (oof).

UPDATE:
User LoganX420X helped me realize that the Master Blinders were not working in NG+ -- V3 fixes this issue.

Works for both NG and NG+

Again, this mod won't be for everyone, but I enjoy it.

For those who indulged in my riveting and utterly thought-provoking  mod -- "THE Shirt" -- you will need to use Script Manager to fix a confliction.  It's not required, however if you don't remediate the confliction you simply won't be able to purchase The Shirt from Hattori (only from Keira Metz or via console).

For installation:  simply drop the "modMasterHorseEquipmentV2" into the "mods" folder in your Witcher 3 directory, and use Script Merger to verify / remediate any conflictions.
