In all honesty? I'm not sure. I don't use the mod myself -- i just made it for some dude asking if I could lol I didn't change any specific sign values, so whatever vanilla is should still be present here.
This is super old, but I found that the Quen bonus is 5% of however many pieces of armor you're wearing. So with this mod, it's either 0% or 5%. And as for the vampire bonus, I am actually making a Redux of this mod that includes the Vampire set, as well as a GUI menu that let's you turn bonuses on and off at will, and even adjust however many set pieces the game registers you using (so example, max Vampire bonus is 6% and max Quen bonus is 30%, but with the Redux you can adjust both values to 100% if you want). That should hopefully be up either today or tomorrow; so be looking out for that.
Actually am working on a Redux of this mod that includes the Vampire buff and sliders to choose how many armor pieces you're wearing for bonuses that scale. Should be up either today or tomorrow; be on the lookout my dude
It seems odd, I installed, ran Script Merger for any conflicts and all was clean but when I open a current game, nothing is applied and nothing seems to be corrupted. Any idea? I do not play NGP, so this is just the standard game - EE3
That is really odd. If there are no conflictions it should be fine. Possibly run it with the highest (or higher) priority. If you're not using Mod Manager (https://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/2678) I highly recommend it -- using it and setting certain things to have a higher priority fixed a ton of issues for me. However I didn't give this mod any priority and it worked fine.
I tried to run The Witcher 3 Mod Manager but there seems to be a known error that does not allow the script to run and it seems that no one is working on a resolution. I tried to uninstall and reinstall with the same results... The only thing that I have not tried is a brand-new game but I doubt that that would or will resolve the issue...
You can't run the WitcherScriptMerger.exe or did I misinterpret your message? If so, are you getting the message "The code execution cannot proceed because python37.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem."? If yes, then the issue is that you probably moved the WitcherScriptMerger executable without all its dependencies (aka moved the ".exe" without all the other s#*! in the ".zip" folder). Download the newest Witcher 3 Mod Manager file, right click on the ".zip" and extract the whole thing to whatever location you want, and you should be able to open WitcherScriptMerger.exe as long as you didn't / don't separate it from the other files that were in that ".zip" -- to my knowledge they all have to be in the same directory. But again, I didn't have to use ModManager to get the mod to work, so that's confusing to me.
Highly likely I misinterpreted your comment, so this message was probably useless, but just let me know if this helped or was way off.
Did you open the "UniversalGrandmasterBonuses" and then copied the "ModUniversalGrandmasterBonuses" folder to your mods folder? It does not work if you copy the entire "UniversalGrandmasterBonuses" directly into your mods folder. I was having the same problem as you and this fixed it. Hope this helps.

Been waiting for this!!
Is this compatible with Grandmaster Set Bonus Modified And Set Bonus For All Tiers of Witcher Gear?

Since this mod seems to make the bonuses active forever. I figure this will work for both mods.
Also, possible add vampire bonus as well? Since Tesham Mutna and Hen Gaidth armor uses it as well.
Thanks,
Zatarga
