This mod provides a reskin of Geralt, based on the Brutal Face mod, adding more pallor to his skin, as well as matching hair, eyebrows, and stubble colors. Matching body textures and seamless toxic mask are also included.

Unzip into the Mods folder. Prioritize accordingly with the Script Merger.
