I'm extremely sorry for the late reply but I'm not using nor interested in updating on 4.02+. Furthermore, I really don't have enough free time in my hands to pretty much do anything in regards to modding the game, life has been tough lately and I'm not as active as I used to be and it sucks..
All of my mods as I have said before are under M.I.T license, which means anyone can take them, make their own edits and publish them without my permission.
Yet again I would really like to apologize for my overall inactivity from the modding community. I truly wish things were different!
Thanks for the reply. No worries about not replying, I was just disappointed when I wanted to use the mod and found it was not working properly. I will see if I can salvage the situation but I have no experience at all with modding these kind of things. Good luck with your challenges, hope you get ahead of it all to arrive at better days! ;)
It's all good my friend! Hopefully when I find some free time in the future I'll try and update all of my mods as well as fix any possible bugs within them. But until then I truly cannot do much more than that.
In case you want to look in on it, there's this tool called JPEXS which can be found here: link. All you really need is to find the .redswf file (either within WolvenKit or from an uncooked game with the -dumpswf parameter), open it up, export the data into swf or gfx, do your edits on JPEXS, reimport it onto the redswf via WolvenKit and test it. It's a bit painful at first trying to figure out how things work but once you get used to it, it'll be like a walk in the park!
Well, as I said, unfortunately I don't have a 1440p monitor thus I can't really make different versions of this mod. But permissions are open, anyone who wants to experiment can create compatibility versions of this mod and share it on their own mod page, no credits needed.
Upon further testing - this mod works as intended and is an excellent addition to the game. I completely fked up some code that caused the issues that I was having - this mod was NOT the issue.
Not directly about your mod, but with editing the main menu : is that possible to remove the Gwent manager of the main menu and add it to ingame menu (in glossary) ?
I always find a bit weird to have this menu "off game".
That sort of thing is next to impossible I think. I guess you could tinker with some scripts but I really suck at coding to create such a mod. Tough luck I guess.
Oh weird, I thought it would be compatible with higher res monitors, tbh there's nothing I can do about it because when I use DSR to turn my resolution to yours, the ui seems pretty normal to me so unless I get a new monitor, there's no way for me to fix it.
That would be next to impossible as this mod does not have any script files that could potentially ruin your game, but even if it did it would be impossible for this simple mod to actually "remove" your content. The issue must be on your end.
