Ultimate Decoctions (Cheat)

Two versions:
Decoctions will not give 70 toxicity but 5 toxicity(meaning every decoction will only give 5 toxicity, so now you can consume more or all off them)
Decoction will give 10 toxicity not 5
Decoctions will last a full day in game for both ver.
