any way to do Geralt younger & less scars & really white hair and brow and skin tone to kinda blend it all in maybe those realistic witcher yellow glow eyes ...or just the white hair like the Witcher 2 mod http://www.nexusmods.com/witcher2/mods/2/? lol sorry asking for a lot, just cant stop thinking, just don't know how to mod, besides your great at this
This was a relatively simple job in photoshop, messing with the atmosphere, normal, and diffuse textures for about 2 minutes each. I'm sure the white hair is easily done if you weren't using Hairworks, which I prefer over the polygonal hair personally. There's mods here on the nexus though that do provide a paler Geralt experience!
I know this is a rather late response and you've probably noticed now, this mod does remove his body scars too! Every scar on Geralt's sexy torso has been digitally removed, with the only exception being the Striga bite he received from Adda in The Last Wish.
Hmm...with your mod installed (and only your mod) I still see his body scars. Maybe it's just me. Who knows. I've tried reinstalling and it doesn't fix the issue. I know it's not lore friendly, but Geralt is just such a bada$$, and I love seeing him without the scars. Has anyone had success installing this mod and having it remove the body scars?
@blackraven117 what image editor did you use gimp 2.8, corel photoshop or adobe photoshop cc? The reason I ask is because I can give you a plugin which will reduce the shine on his face. I cant cook the file back into the game after using adobe photoshop cc but I can give you the modified texture after the shine is reduced if you want. You can pm me if you want so we can figure it out.
I like the idea of a younger looking Geralt, like from the Witcher 1, without the very noticeable crows feet by the eyes and deep wrinkles. That would be more lore-friendly to me. Geralt is old, yes, but he's a mutant. I think he should still be quite young looking. In the books people are always saying how he looks young but can tell that he's much older than he looks. It seems that between each version of the game, although only months apart, Geralt ages 10+ years. I don't like that, it doesn't fit. With the white hair and now beard, Geralt looks like a grandpa, but he shouldn't.
My problem with this mod is that it removes his prominent scar. IF you could make a separate version that keeps the scarring but removes the wrinkles, I'd be very happy.
Number 1, for some reason the skin appears a bit shiny, not entirely sure why but I can't shake the feeling that I'm wet 24/7 lol
Number 2, if your taking requests, would you be willing to do this very same thing but using the "Lore-friendly Witchers - True Mutantism" mod? (Also removing the subtle veins in that would be nice)
I had to make radical changes to some of the environmental maps in order to fully remove all scars, so the sharpened and wetter skin is an unfortunate side effect
on the bright side, one can always say it adds to the SkyrimNexus oiled up ayy-lmao waifu experience
I won't make a Lore-friendly Witchers version since that mod is a work of art and something I don't want to tarnish, this mod goes directly against what was being achieved in that mod. I personally prefer that as every single scar Geralt has tells its own unique story, and removing them is going directly against the idea of lore-friendliness.
Of course, you can still use the eye component of Lore-friendly witchers! I'm using it in the screenshot!
I see what your saying about the Lore-Friendly Witchers version, fair point, and thanks for the response!
EDIT: Also, for the record, the "Geralt Less Visible Face and Body Scars" (http://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/632/?) mod author somehow found out how to reduce the shininess, not sure how, but unfortunately I still like your mod better lol
If ever in the future you find out how he does it, it would be awsome to have a less shiny version of this mod, but if not, no worries, and thanks for the great mod =)
Well that's unfortunate, considering I've done way more than that, Like removing every single scar on geralt's body and face, as well as wrinkles and age lines.

looks better without the ugly scar, now ( soon?) hopefully someone will make one for his body scars. Lol
Thanks and Cheers
