Clears the loading screen tips.

Along with removing the tips, it also removes the Loading text on the bottom right corner of the screen. (See Image #3)

Updated for 60 fps GUI. Significantly reduced file size. Removes every image from the loading screens thus making all loading screens black. Use ShowProgress=false to remove the loading bar otherwise it looks really weird.
