I'm interested of the same thing for the mod menu of "FriendlyFocus" to accomplish the same spirit of FriendlyHud mod. Great findings btw, I'm fairly new to modding the game but scripting/programming has always been my passion aside gaming.
As a matter of fact, I've already managed to spin off the "FriendlyFocus" mod, still WIP tho, as I've succeeded adding the toggle menus and all but the effect only takes place after reloading a save. Will dig more through other people's mods for some guidance. As for now, I've would also like to include this mod feature if possible.
Yea felt exactly the same! At first it felt a bit off, because youre so used to the down tuned Sound and everything. And for some murder scenes and stuff like that, the Focus Sounds are really immersive.
BUT if you ride or walk around, searching for loot for minutes, its really annoying to be completely robbed of the enviromental Soundstage :(

i for my part, am way too underskilled in modding TW3 and programming
looked into some tutorials and this stuff is heavily time consuming to learn
