He has fixed a couple of problems that others were having from GILL's older versions of the files missing entries related to oils and Quen sign. Auto Apply Oils not working was due to the former missing entry and both mods are now compatible.

I would also love to see compability with mods that alter the potion duration =) Right now this mod doesn't work if you're using "Witcher 2 Potion Length".
Sorry for the delay with the W2PL patch guys, just immensely busy with work and don't have much time for modding at the moment. I'll try to have a look at it over the weekend.
Please update this to support Ver 1.10. I'm refusing to update my game until the mods that I need are all updated to support the latest version. Would be awesome to be able to keep using this great mod.
I as well, and many others, are looking for a way to get Auto Apply Oils to work with a mod that provides the same functionality as GILL. GILL is incompatible, whereas another mod which is compatible breaks the Quen timer, and the fix for that posted by someone nobody can figure out how to get working.
TLDR Elenear can you please update this mod to work with Auto Apply Oils?
I waited until all the expansions and patches were released for this game before starting to play it (I do this with the big games of this nature, such as Fallout, Elder Scrolls, etc.), then I find just a few mods I deem important to add to the game. Mods like this and Auto Apply Oils are no-brainers for me, so it sucks that they are incompatible. Please fix this, I want to start playing this wonderful game ASAP!
I thought this mod will be great with this proper 20% dmg and armor boost from grindstone but this mod unfortunetly changes food too. Like apple gives 50 health per second for 5 seconds, cool but with gourmet skill it gives 50 health for 20 minutes, more than first lvl Swallow. Ham gives 80 health per second.... same as 3 lvl Swallow. It's imbalanced, unplayable.
I would not recommend NMM for the witcher 3 it doesn't fully work vortex may work better but I would recommend installing your mods manually it will insure all mods are installed correctly provided you follow a mod authors installation instructions
Just thought I would add this for anyone having problems with scripts or xml files conflicting use this mod https://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/484 the script merger will fix most script and xml conflicts for you make sure you also get the unofficial patch 2 for script merger https://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/3395.
I don't know why, but every time I use meditation, all gear and armor improvement resets and disapear (It happens to with place of Power signs improvements). I use friendy meditation, but tried with that mod uninstalled and this issue still happens. If course I use some other mods, but ScriptMerger doesn't tells me any conflict with GILL. Any idea why this happens?
I know meditating removes buffs, but his mod would be much better if it wasn't removed from meditating. The vanilla game removes buffs, understandably, because the buffs last less than 1 hour. But considering this adds buffs that are more than 1 hour, it's possible to have meditating deduct time from overall effect, at the very least, or even ignore enhancements altogether (which would be best, considering your improvements shouldn't diminish from time alone, ie your swords shouldn't get dull from just meditating)
found a new problem regarding the NoWitcherSenseFX mod and gear improvements last longer mod. found that gill mod for gear improvements breaks no witcher sense fx mod.

Installs clean and simple with vortex and works for v1.32
Good for first playthrough as well.
