That's really weird! The mod is essentially a DLC so it doesn't interfere with anything else. And the script file in the mods folder is also wholly standalone and only governs the flute behaviour, so there isn't any need to merge or prioritise anything.
Have you checked that the DLC folder is installed properly as well? If yes and the issue persists, I suggest you bring it to the attention of the good people making the Fix Collection mod and let me know what they say so we may find a solution.
Why the hate madame/sir/person? Did this mod do something to you? Did it break your game or did the magic frog violate your personal space? Begone from this modpgage basement dweller and squirm back to the hole you slithered from.

If this doesn't get picked up by Nexus staff then I don't know what will.
The horse loads a texture of frog but it goes underground and normal horse appears.
I tried using script merger but no errors appear and priority does nothing.
