Thank you very much, I am using it with STLM v2.1. The mod is very light and very simple to install (when compared to many other sweetfx+reshade stuff) and it changes the tone of the game drastically. It is amazing how just a different palette can change the feel of the game. I had to replace a file called dxgi.dll I already had, but it could be a left over from another installation (not sure). I also had to delete the d3d11.dll file, otherwise it crashes as warned.
The cutscene lighting mod with the brightness to 1.0 and the gamma in game set to the lowest value makes for a gruesome and realistic witcher 3 experience! You get great lighting effects with bloom during day and night, and the browns and darker colors really pop out and that annoying over saturation is all gone, the game looks amazing now and I really feel apart of the world of the witcher!
Probably you have another graphics mod installed and there is a conflict. However this is not a problem of the mod. It is that you just cant use 2 graphic mods simultaneously. Or maybe you have the d3d11.dll file from Gog Galaxy overlay and it safe to delete that file.
All the files in the mod are "new" and should not (ask to) overwrite any game files.

I know probably no one will read this, as 6 years have already passed, but if someone does I need help with this mod.
When I install it the game does not launch or it crashes inmediatly after. If someone could help I would be extremely grateful
Thanks.
Tracked and endorsed.
It seemed like there was an update today, but without changelog or anything like that.
Well thats easy.
Maybe that's a problem with those using Gog Galaxy.
