Fixes the selling/buying price bug for the Trademan mod

This simple fix solves the buying or selling for zero currency in exchange. I simply edited the config of the mod to fix one line that caused this, it must have been overlooked when they released the 1.31 version of the mod.
Requires: Latest version of TradeMan mod, does not require its 1.31 patch because it already has a 1.31 version
Installation
Drag the modTradeMan folder from the archive into your mods folder and click yes when prompted to overwrite.
Uninstallation
Delete the modTradeMan folder from your mods folder and replace it with the original TradeMan mod folder.
