    With plm 6 version, i tested every weather and tried to make all cold weathers have the effect, to make the option "cold weather" even more interesting

      Ice Breath Menu is included, if you have to many modes which includes menus You ll need Community Patch - Menu Strings.

    PLM 7.0 is out. This mod does not seem compatible.

      Seems to work fine for me with PLM 7.0. I set this mod to lowest priority. I tested it by turning on "forced" in the mod's options - the icy breath was there. :)
      Don't know what may cause it to not work, sadly.
