Yes, but the first time this was mentioned was in "Season of Storms", which came out in 2013 - long after CDPR decided to give Dandelion brown hair. So it was only logical for them to stick with their interpretation of the character.
‘Dandelion, I'm begging you, do it for me. A little dedication, lad, that's all I ask. I promise that I won't be so choosy next time. Come on, Dandelion…’
The troubadour scratched the peach-fuzz on his chin and stared at the ground. Drouhard came closer shouting:
‘Master… Grant us this honor. It's just that my wife would never forgive me for coming back without you. And so… I'll raise the price to 30.’
Does anyone know how to merge this with the mod that removes his beard, or how I can do it myself? It's fine as-is because he's older in the game, but I would also like to have him only having peach-fuzz as mentioned in a comment before me.
Is there any work being done by the owner to improve this awesome mod? The eyebrows really need more attention, but aside from that this mod is fantastic!
I don't mod the Witcher 3 anymore. I might come back to it someday but that remains to be seen. Sadly I'm not very good at editing textures which is why those eyebrows look like that in the first place. Due to my lack of skills I'm not able to provide anything better.
I understand. Thanks for the mod, anyway, mu friend. You edited the hair from Guillaume, right? It really suited Dandelion, besides being lore friendly.
I love the new shape of the hair! Thanks a lot! Personaly prefer the old version, new one seems too glowing for me, while the old one looks more natural

Since it came out some time after TW2, I wouldn't put it past Sapkowski that he set the "hair colour" just to spite the game canon, lol.

‘35!’ Dandelion bid firmly.
"A little sacrifice".
