   Where did you find this? I've been trying to find Scaleform GFx 4.6 for forever and this is Video Enconder 4.6, so I am curious if maybe I could find it where you found this.

   I'm trying to fix my 21:9 cutscenes but I can't,
   I have VGMToolbox, Sacleform and ffmpeg,
   I can extract and convert the USM files but I don't know how to fix the aspect ratio,Could it be some ffmpeg command?
   Pleas, Can you help me?

   Says it supports Avi
   It in fact does not
   Couldn't find a single file format that did work

      It's possible that your .avi file has the wrong (usually too modern) compression format.

      You need to install a Video for Windows codec for the particular codec that the video in the avi is encoded in.
      ffdshow adds support for most codecs.

   saludos en la 4.6 me salta un error the encoder does not see to be responding cancel encoding y el programa 4.0 simplemente no arranca e notado que la app media noche no abre salta el error 0xc000007b mi pc tiene los dll completos creo es el medianoche.exe el problema me darian una mano
