Looks great man, but I had a few issues. Both versions work when spawning Ciri through multi companion mod (special and normal) and she fights alongside Geralt as usual. However, if I use the console to change Geralt into Ciri, she is no longer recoqnized by any of the NPC's. She has attack animations, but doesnt do damage and they ignore her completely.
The version with the shoulders also doesn't load when spawning her this way, it loads her vanilla outfit, but a bloody version of it. The weird thing is, this has persisted after uninstalling as well. I re-merged everything correctly, but still not able to fight with her. I'm pretty sure it's not something else I added, since I tried to keep the variables as low as possible when testing.
I'll update if I find a solution.
edit: I uninstalled this mod as well ProCiri, still the same, then I reverted back to an older save from before I installed these 2 and seemed to do the trick. Not sure what happened, might be ProCiri and the main game quests or the companion mod, not sure. I'll have a look again at some point. Great mod though bud, it looks awesome.
I managed to get everything working as intended. Probably just priorities or a save freaking out due to user.settings changes. Looks great man, thank you.
For the life of me I cannot get this to turn out right. Either Ciris pants are white and her boots are brown or her vest is a missing texture. I'm trying to use the no shoulder things version, but these files are so haphazardly thrown together I can't figure them out.
Sounds like texture mod limit issue. Remove all other texture mod to check. If it works without other texture mods, then it is mod limit issue. You can google about it.
